By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use FabricZen if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Service Description
FabricZen provides laundry and dry-cleaning services to its customers. The services are provided through our website, mobile app, and partner stores. Our objective is to ensure the best care of your garments, subject to the terms outlined below.
Terms of Service
- The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information for any service requests or account information.
- Services are subject to the availability of the staff and delivery agents.
- FabricZen reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Garment Care and Liability
- We follow industry standards to ensure the highest quality care for your clothes. However, we do not take responsibility for any damages caused by inherent defects in garments (e.g., weak fabrics or delicate stitching).
- FabricZen will not be held responsible for any items left in clothing, such as valuables or accessories. Please ensure all pockets are emptied before handing over your garments.
Payment, Refunds & Cancellations
FabricZen believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- All payments must be made prior to the completion of the service.
- In case of disputes, refunds will be processed based on the investigation of the service provided, and FabricZen reserves the right to make the final decision.
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before pickup of the laundry and dry-cleaning items.
- FabricZen does not accept cancellation requests after the pickup of the laundry and dry-cleaning items. However, a partial or full refund can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of service is not upto the statndards.
- In case of receipt of damaged items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the issue at their own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receiving the laundry and dry-cleaning items.
- If you feel that the service received is not as promised on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the items. The Customer Service team, after reviewing your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
- For any refunds approved by FabricZen, it will take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Changes to Terms
FabricZen reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website or services signifies your acceptance of the modified terms.
