Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations:
- Cancellations are only considered if the request is made *before* the laundry and dry-cleaning items are picked up.
- Once the items have been picked up, cancellation requests are not accepted.
Refunds:
- A partial or full refund may be provided if the customer can demonstrate that the service quality is below standard.
- If you receive damaged items, you must report it to the Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving them. The request will be reviewed and a decision made after an internal check.
- If you believe the service did not meet your expectations or was not as described, you must contact the customer service team within 2 days of receiving your items.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 days.
